WKM Corporation re brands to WKM Restoration Group

Largo-based construction services company debuts new name and logo

October 2018, Largo, Florida: after 40 years of doing business in South West coast of Florida as WKM Corporation, effective September 5th, 2018, the company will change its name and brand identity to WKM Restoration Group.

The company was founded in 1974 by Marty Kehoe and Rob Wilson providing painting services to commercial projects. Quickly growing in sales volume, in 1994 they became a general contractor. Providing a range of restoration services including: construction management, concrete repairs, waterproofing, painting, stucco restoration, hurricane hardening and architectural finishes, the company services existing structures and multi-unit residential communities. Projects they have restored include: the Mariner Beach Club, the Beau Monde and Mansions By Sea, all significant restoration undertakings. In early 1990 Dave Miller, a paint and construction materials industry innovator joined the firm. “M” was added to the name making it WKM Corp.

“For over four decades, we were known as WKM Corporation”, explained Marty Kehoe, co- founder of the company. “Our value to businesses is very specialized. We maintain and take proactive measures so buildings can weather the adversities of our tropical climate and structural aging. Our new name, WKM Restoration Group clearly communicates our niche expertise”.

In 2018, Rob Wilson left the company. Under the executive leadership of Marty Kehoe and Dave Miller, and the next generation and company’s license holder Ryan Kehoe, WKM Restoration Group works with local and regional property managers, engineers, consultants and building owners. WKM Restoration Group employs 50 skilled professionals and is headquartered at 511 Central Park Drive in Largo, FL.
